Pengurus Pengurusan Acara

Sekurang-kurangnya 10 tahun pengalaman


Tanggungjawab:
  • Bertanggungjawab terhadap pengurusan acara bagi semua acara PR1MA termasuk, tetapi tidak terhad kepada, pelancaran produk, acara-acara korporat, program pendaftaran pelanggan, pengundian dan siri jelajah produk untuk mencapai objektif acara yang dianjurkan.
  • Bertanggungjawab dalam menguruskan, berurusan dan menyelaraskan dengan syarikat pengurusan acara (iaitu penganjur acara) dalam melaksanakan acara bagi memastikan segalanya berjalan lancar menurut peruntukan yang diberikan untuk setiap acara.
  • Bertanggungjawab terhadap penilaian semula dan proses pemilihan vendor-vendor/penyedia yang bersesuaian (bersama-sama dengan pasukan Pemerolehan) bagi memastikan perkhidmatan dan komponen acara PR1MA yang tepat disediakan.
  • Merancang, menguruskan dan memastikan perbelanjaan operasi bagi acara-acara sepanjang tahun dikendalikan menurut peruntukan yang diberikan untuk semua acara.
 
Syarat Kelayakan: 
  • Ijazah Sarjana Muda dalam Pemasaran dan/atau Pengajian Komunikasi.
  • Memiliki tahap kepekaan yang tinggi mengenai pengguna dan produk serta mempunyai kemahiran komunikasi yang baik – bertulis dan lisan.
  • Memiliki sekurang-kurangnya 10 tahun pengalaman dalam bidang yang berkaitan.
  • Memiliki kemahiran interpersonal yang baik dan berupaya bekerja dengan semua.
  • Kemahiran yang baik dalam pengurusan masa, penyelesaian masalah serta keupayaan meletakkan keutamaan tugas yang sepatutnya.
  • Mampu menjalankan berbilang tugas dan menangani situasi dan individu yang berlainan pada masa yang sama.
  • Mampu menguruskan kos dan pekerjaan menurut peruntukan.
  • Memiliki pengetahuan dan kemahiran yang tinggi dalam pembinaan dan pembangunan hartanah adalah satu kelebihan.

 

 

Associate, Accounts Payable

Minimum 3 Years (Accounts Payable)


Responsibilities:
  • Received invoices and sent out to relevant department for verifications.
  • Resolved any invoice discrepancies.
  • Process, prepare and issue payment to suppliers.
  • Maintain and update suppliers file and correspond or respond to any matters related to suppliers.
  • Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
  • Prepare suppliers’ statement of accounts, creditors aging report, reconciliation and analysis.
  • Produce monthly report and update suppliers account for month end closing.
  • Forecast monthly outflow/payment to suppliers.
 
Requirements: 
  • Bachelor Degree In Accountancy
  • Minimum 3 Years in Accounts Payable
  • Good knowledge of relevant accounting system and other computer applications.
  • Proficient in data entry and management.

Associate, Accounts - Full Sets

Minimum 3 Years in Full-sets (Project Accounts)


Responsibilities:
  • Compile and analyze financial information
  • Ensure accurate and appropriate posting, recording and analysis of revenues and expenses.
  • Ensure accurate and timely monthly and year end account closing and ensure they are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures.
  • Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities and prepare bank reconciliation.
  • Assist in taxation issues and financial audit preparation and process.
  • Monitor actual expenditure against budget and highlight any major variances.
 
Requirements: 
  • Minimum 3 Years in Full-sets (Project Accounts)

Senior Associate / Associate – Health, Safety & Environment

Minimum 3 years (Senior Executive)


Responsibilities:
  • To assist in the design, development and maintenance of PR1MA’s Integrated Management System (based on ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001), HSE Manual, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Guidelines & Alerts.
  • To assist in monitoring contractor’s compliance to the legal and other requirements (i.e. PR1MA’s Construction Health, Safety & Environmental Minimum Requirements, contractor’s submitted and approved PSP , EMP and ESCP and the related Acts – OSHA 1994, FMA 1967 and EQA 1974)
  • To assist in planning and implementing the QHSE programs.
  • To plan, schedule, coordinate and conduct systematic PR1MA’s Construction HSE Assessment, Training & Campaigns at contractor’s project site to instill a strong safety mindsets amongst every contractors.
  • To review assessment findings, monitor the corrective action and recommend solutions to the contractors. From the assessment findings, convert into PR1MA’s 10 Golden Rules and communicate and educate the contractors to create/improve their awareness.
  • To coordinate for CIDB’s SHASSIC assessments at contractor’s project site.
  • To liaise with authorities such as DOSH, DOE, Bomba etc.
  • To assist in evaluating and assessing contractor’s HSE performance before, during and after construction based on PR1MA’s 6 Axis (P6A) Tools.
  • To assist in the preparation of HSE reports to management.
 
Requirements: 
  • Bachelor degree in any Engineering discipline preferably with an additional qualification in HSE
  • Working knowledge of at least, OSHA 1994, FMA 1967 and EQA 1974.
  • Familiar with ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 Management System and the SHASSIC Assessment System.
  • Preferably had passed all 4 papers of SHO course by NIOSH.
  • Certified as ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 Internal Auditor.
 
Professional Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in HSE field in construction industry (high rise & landed property)
  • Experience in managing contractors with work force of at least 500 workers.
 
Skills:
  • Establish, implement and maintain the ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 MS.
  • Plan, lead and conduct audit at contractor’s project site.
  • Well verse with Microsoft words, excel & PowerPoint.
  • Good communication (both Bahasa Malaysia & English), interpersonal skills and time management.
  • Pleasant, positive work attitude, discipline and independent.
  • Willing to travel extensively (Peninsular, Sarawak & Sabah) and within short notice period.
 

 

 

Associate, Corporate Strategy & Planning

Minimum 3 years (Junior Executive)


Requirements: 
  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration or equivalent professional qualifications. MBA will be an advantage.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Age 26-30 years old.

  • Assist in the entire corporate strategy & planning process, including the development of PR1MA’s long term and short term strategy
  • Assist in developing and reviewing of credible strategic plans and directions.
  • Assist in developing models, scenario plans and provision of technical input to support Management decision making process.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of company-wide performance (management), monitoring, evaluation and reporting system.
  • Assist in the monitoring of organizational performance against the corporate key performance indicators, the annual budget and PR1MA’s corporate objectives.
 

 

 

Associate, Corporate Finance

Minimum 3 years (Junior Executive)


Requirements: 
  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent professional qualifications. MBA in Finance will be an advantage.
  • At least 8 years of experience in related field for Manager. At least 3 years of experience for Associate.
  • Age 26-30 years old.
  • Minimum 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

  • Good in financial modelling and sound knowledge of capital markets and financial instruments.
  • Requires a lot of creative thinking to spot new opportunities.

  • Participate in negotiations, evaluations (associated risks and returns) and structuring of corporate exercises including drafting and reviewing of documentations pertaining to such transactions and structure financial details for corporate funding – joint ventures, strategic alliances and capital/financial raising.

  • At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in External/Internal Audit function or governance and business compliance function.
  • Age 26-30 years old.
  • Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia – Verbal and Written.
  • Professional work attitude, team player and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of statutory reporting requirement.

Responsibilities:
  • To assist in consistent development and monitoring Corporate Governance Framework.
  • Support the development of customized “self-assessment” governance checklist and guidelines to be utilized within organization.
  • Maintain internal control system in compliance with corporate governance requirements.

  • To assist in monitoring overall compliance across the organization.
  • To liaise with regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
