PR1MA developments are designed inclusively based on the concept of “My Home, My Community”.

In an effort to establish a modern and harmonious community living, PR1MA has introduced the PR1MA Community Initiative to ensure its development is thoroughly planned by emphasizing the aspects of community development.

The philosophy of PR1MA Community Initiative is in line with the aspiration of the Government through the National Community Policy to empower the community towards becoming a developed nation.

community PRINCIPLES

To ensure holistic empowerment of the PR1MA residential community, PR1MA has introduced community programs guided by four (4) community principles: Sihat, Saku, Sayang dan Selamat.

These principles include components that emphasize elements of health, socio-economic, social relations and safety. These diversified community programmes will encourage community involvement from all walks of life.
