·Manage the full cycle of recruitment process, including but not limited to sourcing, screening, scheduling interview appointments and preparation of Letter of Appointments.
·Develop and execute recruiting plans while identify recruiting opportunities by researching new sources for talent.
·Assist in preparation of HR documents such as Letter of Appointment, Confirmation, Transfer, Increment and Promotion.
·Coordinate and participate in Job Fairs.
·Preparation of Recruitment Reports.
·Network through industry contacts, relevant universities, association memberships, trade groups and social media.
·Perform any other related duties as and when required.
Requirements:
·Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management/ Social Science or equivalent.
·Minimum 5-7 years relevant working experience as Recruitment Executive in GLC / Government Agencies.
·High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
·Excellent communications and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
·Good knowledge in Malaysian Employment Act, specifically in recruitment matters.
·Confident in communicating with all levels of hierarchy in the organization.
·Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
·Able to meet tight deadlines and ad hoc assignments.
·Mobile and willing to travel at short notice.
·Self – driven and able to work with minimal supervision.
