• Responsible to assist and ensuring effective implementation of desired marketing plans.
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate buying decisions/demand.
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
• Identify trends and insights, optimize spend and performance based on the insights, develop actionable marketing strategy plans, and create content based on AIDA to identify market opportunities. Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including web design, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (KPIs). Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels. Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages to optimize the user experience and external agencies and other vendor partners.
Requirements:
• Digital Leads Generation - Work collaboratively to optimize testing platforms and protocols, as well as the appropriate Digital channel tactical mix to profitably achieve acquisition targets, Cost-per-Inquiry (CPI), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and Cost-per-Acquisition (CPA), and to quickly pivot as market conditions warrant.
• Partnerships, Alliances & Influences - Establish relationships and partnerships with a variety of industry experts, businesses, media agencies/owners, and key social media influences, who share a strategic interest in Meeting & Event Planning and help develop these relationships with a range of Digital, Social and Mobile tools.
• Analytics, Measurement & Reporting - Establish and track key performance indicators and other supporting metrics to measure Digital Marketing effectiveness and ROI.
