• Manage and oversee overall daily sales department operations and functions.
• Develop and implement short & long-term strategies to meet sales target set by the management.
• Guide and motivate Sales Team in providing excellent and efficient services to potential home buyer.
• Monitoring departmental performance specifically on documentation process.
• Ensure all sales processes are within the acceptable time frame prior to signing of Sales & Purchase Agreement (SPA).
• Analyze and resolve issues that hinder the movement of SPA files.
• Ensure all differential sum payments are collected in timely manner.
• Involve in the empanelment of End Financing and propose the best interest rate and package to the purchaser.
• Involve in the appointment of solicitors for Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA).
• Involve directly in proposing Financing Scheme for PR1MA Home Buyers.
• Build strong relationship with internal & external stakeholders.
• Manage & monitor external sales agencies in all sales activities.
• Understand market trends and implement mitigation plans in line with the objective to increase sales performance.
• Analyses sales trends and subsequently define data-driven action strategies in order to consistently optimize the business’s performance.
• Establish effective marketing and sales plans with team members for budgetary submissions to management.
• Strong connections with developers and construction companies in Malaysia.
• To implement and oversee new launching / existing projects through developing and maintaining relationship with key customers and partners for the purpose of revenue generation.
• To manage various business projects that drive revenue, increase productivity, and improve processes through project and organizational skills.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Business Studies / Marketing or any relevant discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant working experience, preferably in similar industry. Working experience in property & construction industry is an added advantage.
