Manage and monitor the implementation plan for human resources development (including the whole process of talent management) and human resources processes within PR1MA to ensure PR1MA's employee capabilities and needs are met in pursuing PR1MA's business goals and objectives.
Manage human resources day-to-day operations and programs by maintaining compensation and benefits, staff employment, designing systems, accumulating resources; resolving people issues, other HR matters and implementing change.
Lead in the development and implementation of HR policies and guidelines to ensure alignment between HR national standards and policies and PR1MA's organizational needs and requirements.
Formulate and establish the compensation and benefits program for PR1MA staff to ensure the compensation package is market competitive.
Establish and monitor Human Resources departmental budge, ensuring wherever possible, cost effectiveness is achieved.
Provide support to department managers to ensure the human resources issues are resolved and assist them in carrying out their responsibilities on personnel matters.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration / Human Resources Management or any relevant discipline.
Minimum 3-5 years in managerial level.
Strong computer skills and experience with office management and communication software.
Ability to understand statistical data and mathematical concepts and how to apply them to HR processes.
