PR1MA COMMUNICATIONS SDN BHD



PR1MA Communications Sdn Bhd (PCSB) adalah anak syarikat milik penuh Perbadanan PR1MA Malaysia (PR1MA) yang ditubuhkan di bawah Akta PR1MA 2012 untuk merancang, membangun, membina dan mengekalkan perumahan berkualiti dengan konsep gaya hidup untuk isi rumah berpendapatan pertengahan di kawasan urban dan sub-urban.

PCSB ditugaskan untuk menyediakan perkhidmatan berkaitan dengan IT dan telekomunikasi dalam semua pembangunan PR1MA, yang meliputi PR1MA Homes dan pembangunan kediaman dan komersial lain yang dilaksanakan oleh PR1MA di seluruh negara. Semua pembangunan PR1MA sedang dibina dengan infrastruktur akses internet jalur lebar berkelajuan tinggi menerusi Teknologi FTTx (Fiber-To-The-Home, Fiber-To-The-Office) yang meliputi unit kediaman untuk golongan bujang atau berkeluarga, blok komersial, kemudahan dan kawasan komersial dan perkhidmatan PR1MA yang berkaitan.

PCSB adalah penyedia telekomunikasi berlesen yang mempunyai lesen Penyedia Perkhidmatan Rangkaian (NSP), Penyedia Kemudahan Rangkaian (NFP) dan Penyedia Perkhidmatan Aplikasi (ASP) dari Suruhanjaya Komunikasi dan Multimedia Malaysia (SKMM).
