Puan Ezza Hanie Alias is presently the Head of Corporate Secretarial for PR1MA Corporation Malaysia upon joining PR1MA in 2013. She is a Licensed Company Secretary who has spent the first 15 years of her career in public listed companies ranging across various industries. During these years, she was involved in numerous corporate exercises including the Initial Public Offering (IPO), major restructuring exercises, take-over and delisting exercises of public listed companies, several major acquisitions, debt and convertible issues, rights issues, bonus issues, Employee Share Option Scheme (ESOS), and share buy backs amongst others. Prior to PR1MA, Puan Ezza was the Company Secretary of two public listed companies on Bursa Malaysia.
