Ts. Brian Iskandar Zulkarim was appointed as the Deputy Group Chief Executive Officer of PR1MA Corporation Malaysia on 6 October 2025. He brings with him over 27 years of leadership experience across government-linked companies, public listed entities, and the private sector, with a strong track record in corporate transformation, large-scale development, and international investment.

Prior to joining PR1MA, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Bandar Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., where he led the master development of the iconic Bandar Malaysia project. Ts. Brian Iskandar successfully led the financial turnaround of Damansara Realty Berhad within a year, restoring stability and growth. Earlier, as the General Manager at Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad, he spearheaded major projects and drove operational reforms. 

Ts. Brian Iskandar began his career in 1997 as a Mechanical Engineer in New York, United States. Upon returning to Malaysia in 1999, he joined Malaysia Airports Management & Technical Services Sdn. Bhd., contributing to Malaysia Airports’ first overseas equity investment venture. He later broadened his portfolio through leadership positions at Elite Project Management Sdn. Bhd., North American Technical Services & Nats World Resources Sdn. Bhd., and Centre Side Express Sdn. Bhd. 

Ts. Brian Iskandar holds an Executive Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. He is a certified Professional Technologist under the Malaysian Board of Technologists (MBOT) and a registered member of the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM).
