PR1MA FACILITIES MANAGEMENT

PR1MA Facilities Management Sdn Bhd (PFMSB) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of PR1MA Corporation Malaysia (PR1MA) which was established under the PR1MA Act 2012 to plan, develop, construct, and maintain quality housing with lifestyle concepts for middle-income households in urban and sub-urban areas.

The primary objective of PFMSB is to manage and maintain all completed PR1MA developments including residential and commercial units. Additionally, PFMSB is responsible for delivering essential services for Program Perumahan Rakyat (PPR) homes under the Ministry of Local Government Development (KPKT).
